Flavours

It's not all about looks! Taste and the finest flavours are just as important. Cassie Perry Cake Design endeavour to source ingredients locally wherever possible and always use the freshest, finest ingredients. All eggs are free range, I use real butter and the finest Belgian chocolate in my ganache.

Please note some flavours may incur an additional cost due to the extra ingredients but this will always be notified to you.

Classic Vanilla 
 A light vanilla sponge with buttercream and strawberry jam (if desired) flavoured with the finest Madagascan vanilla bean paste

Chocolate
Rich, moist chocolate sponge with luxurious chocolate buttercream. 

Lemon Drizzle
Light zesty sponge infused with lemon sugar syrup and sandwiched together with luxury lemon curd and soft light lemon buttercream.  

Cherry Bakewell
Soft Almond sponge with vanilla buttercream and Cherry Jam

Salted Caramel
A delicious caramel sponge, filled with real caramel and a luxurious caramel buttercream.

Red Velvet
A showstopping red vanilla sponge, filled with a lovely and light, whipped vanilla bean buttercream

Cappuccino/Mocha
4 layers of beautiful coffee or coffee and chocolate sponge, infused with the best quality real coffee and a delicious light coffee buttercream.
